Performance Squad

The Performance Squad is our invitation-only training group for highly motivated youth athletes. Runners in this squad commit to a full indoor and outdoor track season plus cross-country in the fall. Every athlete is selected and approved by the coach and signs a moral commitment: show up, train with intent, respect the team, and chase performance the right way. Sessions focus on speed, race tactics, strength and recovery habits so each athlete can reach their next performance level safely.

Community & Development Crew

This group is for runners from absolute beginners to solid, experienced recreational athletes. Some members prepare races, others just want to get fitter, feel better and enjoy the team energy. We build progressive training plans adapted to each level, from "first 5K" all the way to confident 10K. The goal is simple: help every runner move forward, at their own pace, with coaching, structure and a friendly crew around them.

AdultsAdults targeting 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon races.

Road & Distance Team

Our Road & Distance Team supports adult runners targeting 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon races. Training blocks are periodized by distance and race goal, with specific work on pace control, long runs, strength and recovery. Plans are adjusted by group and by individual objective so that beginners, improvers and performance-driven runners can all progress together. Whether you are chasing your first finish line or a new PR, you get a clear plan, feedback from the coach and the support of the team.
